About
Meet Bridget
My love for charcuterie started back in high school, when I began making boards for my friends, parties, and special occasions. I quickly fell in love with the creativity behind putting each board together and creating something beautiful that people could gather around and enjoy. What started as something I simply loved doing for the people around me eventually became a passion I knew I wanted to pursue.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I went on to attend the University of Mississippi, where I earned my degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with focuses in Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Management, and Marketing. Each area of my degree gave me the opportunity to learn more about the things I already loved: creating memorable experiences, bringing people together, and building something of my own.
After graduating, I moved back home to Dallas and decided it was the perfect time to turn my longtime love for charcuterie into Boards by Bridget. Now, I get to put my passion into every board I create, whether it’s for a small gathering, a celebration, or a special event.
I believe beautiful charcuterie starts with quality ingredients, which is why I source my products locally, including honey from a local Texas farm. Every board is thoughtfully handcrafted with fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and a genuine love for what I do.
Boards by Bridget is more than a business to me — it’s something I’ve loved doing for years, and I’m so excited to now share that passion with the Dallas metroplex.
Local partner
Texas honey from JAS Ranch
At Boards by Bridget, supporting local businesses is an important part of what I do. I’m thrilled to collaborate with JAS Ranch, a family-owned ranch in Midlothian, Texas, to bring locally harvested Texas honey to my charcuterie boards.
“For the past 20 years, the family behind JAS Ranch has poured their love and hard work into caring for their land, preserving its country roots, and creating a place where Texas wildlife and nature can thrive. Their honey comes from bees found right on the ranch and is hand-harvested, hand-filtered, and individually bottled, with no additives, added sugars, or preservatives.”
I love knowing exactly where the ingredients on my boards come from, and this collaboration allows me to share something genuinely local with my customers. From JAS Ranch in Midlothian to Boards by Bridget in Dallas, each jar brings a little taste of the Texas countryside to your table.
100% Texas Honey. Locally sourced. Made with care.
